In other words, they can notice not only good fragrance from flowers but also bad smell like car fumes.

A person who has a sharp sense sometimes feels difficulty on living.
And everyone around them hardly understands that difficulty.

犬の鼻って、ものすごくいいらしいよね。
人間がわからないような、かすかな匂いも、犬は気づくことができるんだって。
これってつまり、人間が気づかないような、お花のいい香りに気づくことができるってことだし、逆に排気ガスのような嫌な匂いにも気づけてしまうってことなんだよね。
普通の人が気づかないことにも気づいてしまう、感覚がよい人って、生きにくさを感じることがあるんだよね。しかも、その苦しみは普通の人には理解されにくい。もしかしたら、君も一人で、だれにも理解できないような苦しみを抱えているかもしれない。「なんで僕だけが！！」って思うときがあるかもしれない。
けれど、その苦しみは、君が素晴らしい才能をもっている証拠なんだよね。普通の人が気づけないことに気づけるって、素晴らしい才能です。
君がその素晴らしい才能を使って、人生を楽しんでくれることを祈ります。
