Virtue is the essence. A fortune is a trifle. (If you master virtue, a fortune follows you naturally.)
This is words in the book called “Daigaku.”
I don’t know whether all of persons with virtue are rich.
I haven’t conducted such a survey before.
But there is one sure thing which I can say here is that a person with virtue is more likely to become a rich rather than a person who doesn’t have virtue.

How should we do to collect money? In short, we can gather money “by offering the value which is required.”
For instance, you want to eat cold ice cream in a mid-summer day, right?
If you see ice cream sold, you couldn’t help buying it, right?
By contrary, if ice cream is sold in a mid-winter day, you don’t like to buy it, do you?
A person who can become rich is those who can offer ice cream when people suffer from hot summer weather.
In this case, let’s break down concrete action which is required to rich people.
- To understand what troubles people. (People suffers from hot summer weather.)
- What should I do to solve this difficulty? (To offer ice cream)
- Action (To sell ice cream)
The concrete actions are these 3 steps.
Seeing people who suffer from hot weather, he tries to come up with the solution, and acts….
Don’t you think this is the action of a person who has virtue?

A person who has credit can use a lot of money, and those who doesn’t have it cannot use money so much.
Let think of a credit card for instance.
Credit card endorses that “the person who holds this card will pay money for sure in future.”
A person who has credit can hold a credit card, and by contrary, the person who doesn’t have credit cannot hold a credit card.
A person who has a credit card can borrow money or buy goods without cash. A person who doesn’t have it cannot do it.
We can say the same in borrowing money. Nobody lends money to those who are not sure to return it.
Without credit that this person will sure to return money, nobody lends money to that person.
In short, money gets together at the person who has credit. Money never gets together at the person who doesn’t have it.
A person who has credit is likely to gather money so that he can easily start up an entrepreneur.
A person who has credit……
A person who has virtue can be credited easily, right?
It is no way to believe a person who doesn’t have credit.
So, in comparison with a person without virtue, a person with virtue can gather money easily.

A person with virtue can get a promotion easily.
To be higher position in a company means that he has subordinates, right?
The role of bosses and one of subordinates is different.
A subordinate is required to have technique as a player. Of course, a boss also is required the capacity of job, but more importantly, he is required technique as a manager to achieve the target by utilizing his subordinates and other members around him.
When he is a player, he is not required virtue, but once he gets a manager, that is not enough.
That’s because a subordinate obeys more his boss with virtue rather than the boss without virtue. Boss with virtue has a stronger magnet.
That’s why a person with virtue is more likely to get a promotion. He has nature as a better manager.
